Multi-national Workshop & Wine | INTEGRAL
Internal event for 100 people celebrating the 30th anniversary of the company.
Integral is our long-standing client and partner. The event gathers teams from 5 different countries – Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Albania. We are doing this to unite teams that are at different stages of their development within the company but need to work together. To achieve this, we are developing a tailor-made concept focused on the past, present, and future of the company...
We conclude with a wine tasting led by a professional sommelier featuring high-end wines from the 5 countries, paired with a 5-course menu that is also tailored to the 5 countries.
This is one of our favorite events – a full demonstration of what we can offer to businesses, from the initial idea to final execution.
Annual Conference | EOS Matrix
The team at BeMore Events worked true magic to create the concept and build a comprehensive visual identity for the event of the year for EOS Matrix.
In the Symphony of Time concept, we successfully blended creativity and professionalism to design a visual architecture that not only impresses but also enriches the atmosphere and mood of all the guests.
Anniversary Ceremony | 20 years WORLD EDUCATION FAIR
A special gala dinner with honorary awards and prizes celebrating the 20th anniversary of the "World Education Forum" in the Balkans.
The event welcomed long-standing partners and delegates from the most loyal international business schools, universities, and educational institutions over the years.
An exclusive VIP event with a select guest list of 60 people.
We took charge of the entire event management, including scriptwriting and hosting the event in English.
Charity Gala Reception | 10 years ПРЕДАЙ НАТАТЪК Foundation
A different kind of event for 220 guests from the local donor and volunteer community—an emotional, distinctive script that we poured our hearts into!
For the charity gala cocktail celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Pass It On Foundation (Фондация "Предай нататък"), we created the entire concept, color palette, mood, and atmosphere—and as an exception, we used no physical decor, relying solely on stage lighting to transform the space.
In the BeMore Events portfolio, this event will stand out as a shining example of what can be achieved through a powerful script and strategically selected elements, even with a limited budget. And, of course, that perfect 'click' between client and event planner! (Editor's note: Milena's role as the host was key here—the clients, Vanya Ananieva and Georgi Malchev, specifically insisted that she lead the official part, including the award ceremony for donors and partners).
