Milena Filipova is a true child of the event industry—her journey in events began at the age of 21,and for 17 years since, she has never looked elsewhere.
She can envision your event running like clockwork in its entirety even before it has fully taken shape in your own mind. She believes that true professionalism is measured by the ease that others experience when working with you.
Milena is a passionate horse rider and loves the sea so deeply it is as if seawater flows through her veins.
Since 2026, Milena Filipova has also been a hands-on lecturer in the team of My Event Academy & the NBU School of Continuing Education, where she passes on her passion and practical knowledge to the next generation of event managers.
She continues to keep her finger on the pulse of the industry—you can often see Milena coordinating on-site operations at an event, which remains her ultimate element and superpower!
